Coaching Packages

  • 6-12 month coaching for middle-managers

    We will coach your middle-management and frontline leaders in everything they need to know.


    - Content covers topics around leadership skills, team performance management, operational improvement, and self-leadership.

    - Weekly or monthly video calls with each leader (or a group).

    - Weekly or daily check-ins over Whatsapp with each individual, so we're there alongside them through every challenge.

    - Each individual will have their own content programme tailored to their unique needs.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching for Senior Leaders

    Leadership is lonely, and we want you to win. We like to come alongside the leaders of the companies we work with to ensure you're fully supported the entire way.

    We also encourage senior leaders to get regular coaching with us for the following reasons:

    - Your organisation's culture starts with YOU.

    - It's important that you emulate the values, principles and skills that we're teaching in your company

    - When working with your middle-tier and frontline leaders, we're able to get valuable feedback that can help YOU improve the way you lead your company or department.

  • Operations Optimisation Programme

    Operations is multi-faceted, and it's often tricky to know where to focus.

    We take 3-6 months to work with your Operations teams to help improve your overall operations.

    - First, we'll deep dive into your operations and assess where things are at

    - Next, we'll present a highly detailed action plan to you of what we believe is best to prioritise and implement in your operations department.

    - Last, we come alongside you to help you implement it. We'll help create processes, structures, metrics and we'll work with your teams to ensure that everybody has bought in, and that the systems and structures sustain themselves.

  • OKR workshops

    We offer two different kinds of OKR workshops. One where we will implement the OKR process for you, and one that will teach you how to facilitate an epic OKR workshop with your team, to ensure your first time setting OKR's is nothing less than successful!

    Additionally, we'll give you all the templates you'll need for every step of the process, and we'll give you a step-by-step guide to teach your team members the process as well for ultimate buy-in.

  • 60 minute "Crucial Conversations" workshop

    Having those crucial, high-stakes conversations is always hard.

    We'll work with you, or your team, to become masters of having crucial conversations!

    This skill is highly important for fostering trust in your teams, and building a high-performance company.

    We offer this workshop as a 1on1 for more personal situations, or with teams as a great teambuilder and learning experience.

  • 90 minute Prioritisation Session

    Struggling to know how to get through all of your work, let alone know what to prioritise?

    Let us come alongside you in this 90 minute session, and help you figure out what is most important to work on, and what needs to wait.

    We'll also teach you a few techniques not only for prioritising work this time, but to create an entire system where every day you feel clear and excited about what needs to get done.
